This type of system has been developed and built in various forms,
depending on the product sizes, customers' demands and level of automation

Scanner on the fly system for large format welding  
ScanWeld 3D

Currently under development is the 3 dimensional version of the ScanWeld.
Its 6 positioning axis allow the scanner to reach any point from any angle.
This will offer extended flexibility in use.
